Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Shipping Locations
Currently, Andivexa ships only within the United States, including all 50 states.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be processed.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time typically ranges between 5–12 business days after the order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Tracking details allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during delivery, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Our support team will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Additional shipping costs may apply if the package must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.
